Whilst increasing roads and road maintenance might a major part of Blacktown City Council's traffic management area, review Blackspot areas in relation to pedestrian safety in current traffic light and heavy traffic intersections within the Local Government Area.
Thus, we now require for this vital policy to be implemented ensure dangerous intersections are well protecting pedestrians in Blacktown City Council's Integrated Transport Management Plan 2013.
